Spanish Financial Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Financial Customer Service Representative to join our American global banking and financial services team in Taguig City. The role involves handling inbound and outbound inquiries from Spanish‑speaking clients, providing accurate information on banking products and resolving issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and chats in Spanish, delivering high‑quality service.
• Explain banking and financial products, process transactions, and address account‑related questions.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or financial services environment is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Taguig City and adapt to shift schedules.
