Spanish-English Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

StaffHero is looking for a motivated Spanish‑English bilingual sales representative to join its remote team. The role focuses on outbound calling to prospects, gathering information, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects, clients, customers or healthcare professionals.
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, following approved scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Qualify leads, gather relevant information and schedule appointments or follow‑up calls.
• Document call outcomes and customer details accurately in the CRM system.
• Build rapport, nurture relationships and meet daily, weekly and monthly call and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and operational goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting or related call‑center roles.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle objections, stay positive and work independently in a remote environment.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or call‑management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho.
