Spanish Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our BGC, Taguig office. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email and chat, delivering accurate and timely solutions while promoting our financial products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support primarily via calls, and when needed, through email and chat channels.
• Research and conduct due diligence to resolve issues, educate clients on products, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Utilize multiple applications and systems efficiently to process inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, SOPs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Follow established processes and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of any degree (undergraduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish; English proficiency as a secondary language.
• At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience (BPO experience for local applicants, any industry for foreign applicants).
• Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to work onsite in the BGC, Taguig office without issues.
