Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑English bilingual Technical Support Representative to join our cybersecurity team remotely. The role involves providing high‑quality, multi‑channel support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring swift resolution while representing a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, taking ownership of each case.
• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting using BeyondTrust or the client’s preferred remote support platform.
• Document support cases accurately and contribute solutions to the Knowledge Base.
• Process transactions for paid services and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to inform customers about relevant products and services.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, sales, or technical support.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime on short notice.

Required skills

• Experience with MS Teams, Salesforce, Bomgar, and Dexter (preferred).
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft Desktop Support Engineer/MCP (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in remote troubleshooting and anti‑virus software.
