Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Snapscale is looking for a motivated Spanish‑Bilingual Appointment Setter to work remotely for a US‑based healthcare client. You will engage prospective and existing patients, manage the sales pipeline, and drive enrollment into concierge healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
• Follow up leads to encourage engagement and enrollment.
• Build rapport and communicate the value of concierge healthcare services.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through enrollment using GoHighLevel CRM.
• Maintain accurate notes, update pipeline stages, and ensure complete CRM documentation.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate follow‑up calls or consultations.
• Handle objections professionally with empathy and effective communication.
• Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, enrollment progress, and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales development.
• Experience working with U.S.‑based clients is preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized, goal‑oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
