Sourcing and Procurement Process Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing and Procurement Process Manager to optimise operations, drive value and lead strategic global sourcing initiatives. The successful candidate will shape the future of procurement for BRISolutions, ensuring efficient processes, cost‑effective sourcing and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize procurement operations and sourcing processes across the organisation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive value creation through strategic sourcing, negotiating favorable terms and implementing cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Lead global sourcing projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement process management within a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on operational efficiency and value generation.
