Solutions Developer – React & Power Platform (Remote)

About the role

This is a hands‑on engineering position focused on building React and TypeScript components for a PPM product on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work from specifications to implementation, code review and release, using AI coding tools daily.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain React and TypeScript components and interfaces for the PPM product.
• Develop custom components for Power Apps using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Own code quality: write tested code, commit daily, and review pull requests.
• Follow the established DevOps process, including source control, branching, CI/CD pipelines and Power Platform solution deployment.
• Use AI development tooling for coding, testing and documentation, and share best practices.
• Diagnose and fix defects, reproducing issues and working through unfamiliar code.
• Participate in research, prototyping and sharing findings with the team.

Required profile

• Solid production experience building complex, data‑dense user interfaces in React.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and ability to verify their output.
• Comfortable with Git branching, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse and model‑driven Power Apps, plus PCF experience or quick learning ability.
• Responsive during core hours, proactive about blockers and dependable without close supervision.
• Proactive self‑starter with a sense of urgency and good personal project management.
• Fast learner able to dive into an unfamiliar code base.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and reliable.
• High personal and professional integrity, especially regarding security and compliance.
