You will join Platinum Outsourcing, one of Australia’s fastest‑growing outsourcing firms, delivering software support services to international clients. The position is based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and operates on a mid‑shift schedule while you work from home. This full‑time remote role focuses on providing technical assistance for software applications during the designated shift.

- Provide software support to customers remotely.
- Handle technical queries and troubleshoot software issues.
