Software Engineer – ServiceNow Analyst Programmer

About the role

The ServiceNow Analyst Programmer will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality ServiceNow applications that streamline employee journeys and improve operational efficiency. Working within the Group’s Software Development Life Cycle, you will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver robust digital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and modules following SDLC standards.
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other configurations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to create a unified employee experience across HR, IT, and business services.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Prepare, schedule, and deploy software changes across development, test, and production environments.
• Provide 3rd‑level production support and resolve issues according to SLA agreements.
• Support Business Systems Analysts during SIT and UAT, handling defect resolution and technical clarifications.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and stakeholder meetings, keeping supervisors informed of progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization experience.
• Strong background in systems analysis and design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
