Software Engineer (Multi-Language) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with expertise across multiple programming languages to assess and improve coding challenges used in technical interviews. This is a remote contract position offering flexible weekly hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, review, and validate multi‑language coding challenges and their solutions for technical interviews.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies, ensuring alignment with best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with the internal team to raise the quality of AI‑generated interview materials.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance code correctness, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to clean code principles, robust documentation, and professional coding standards.
• Contribute to the development, review, and optimization of API integration and data‑structure implementations.

Required profile

• Strong experience in software engineering with hands‑on development work.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go.
• Exceptional knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Background in code review, debugging, and software design principles.
• Extensive experience with version control systems, especially Git.
