Software Engineer II

About the role

This position involves complex research, design, and software development within a functional area focused on automation and innovative engineering practices. You will apply deep expertise across the secure software development lifecycle while collaborating daily with multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that benefit global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software development teams and coordinate with technical personnel to finalize requirements.
• Design and implement efficient automation solutions for team processes.
• Write and review detailed specifications for moderately complex system components.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to translate product requirements into software designs.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex project issues, providing alternatives and risk assessments.
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Operate in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments while engaging key stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on development experience with a solid programming background.
• Experience in RPA automation, preferably using Python.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, other RDBMS).
• Front‑end development experience.
• Ability to work with complex data models and object‑oriented design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
