Software Engineer – Guidewire Development

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid experience in Guidewire platforms to join our development team. The successful candidate will work on configuring, customizing and extending Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom code for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter using Gosu.
• Configure and customize Guidewire applications to align with functional specifications.
• Integrate Guidewire modules with external systems through APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with analysts and testers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support ongoing enhancements and ensure high‑quality delivery of software components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing on Guidewire platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

• Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter.
• Gosu programming language.
• Guidewire configuration and customization.
• Java/J2EE (advantage).
• API development and system integration.
