Software Engineer (Development) III – Java/Spring, C++, C#

About the role

IGT is looking for a Software Engineer (Dev) III to join its Philippines‑based development team. You will design, develop, and maintain business‑critical applications across Java, Spring, C++, and C# platforms, supporting the company’s global gaming entertainment products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java and Spring‑based applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing C++ (MFC) and C# applications.
• Create and manage SQL database objects, queries, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, product owners, and technical leaders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and resolve production issues.
• Document technical solutions and follow engineering standards and quality practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Commercial experience with Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining SQL database solutions.
• Experience with C# and/or C++ (MFC) is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
