Software Engineer (AI focus)

About the role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Information Systems team. You'll work across full‑stack development, systems integration, and internal tooling, taking ownership of features end‑to‑end and contributing to technical decisions. The role is ideal for engineers with 2–4 years of experience who can work independently, mentor junior teammates, and apply AI/LLM tools to real problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end features using React and back‑end services with PHP/Laravel or similar.
• Design and implement internal tools, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrate third‑party services such as billing, ticketing, messaging, and identity verification.
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code and actively participate in code reviews.
• Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) in daily work and share best practices.
• Develop AI‑powered features that call LLM APIs for text processing, summarization, or automation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one back‑end language (PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/Node) and a front‑end framework (React preferred).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools and integrating LLM APIs.
• Comfortable with Git, branching, and code‑review workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and independent work style.
