Software Developer (NodeJS/PHP)

About the role

As a Software Developer at MicroSourcing, you will help evolve our platform by building new features, fixing bugs, and continuously improving performance. You will write clean, maintainable code while collaborating across time zones in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance platform features using Node.js and PHP.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage your workload effectively across different time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong self‑motivation and excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
