Software Developer – Business Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join CBRE’s Business Services Organization in Makati. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and enhancing business systems that support our commercial‑real‑estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement technical solutions within business processes.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries about system processes and capabilities.
• Research, test, and support advanced end‑user applications.
• Develop relationships with high‑level clients and internal/external IT teams.
• Review areas for improvement and implement changes to boost user satisfaction.
• Log and track work tickets with external vendors or support organizations.
• Provide end‑users with guidance on more efficient system usage.
• Document requirements, translate them into system specifications, and devise procedures to solve complex problems.
• Create training materials, presentations, and correspondence for end‑users.
• Generate customized queries and reports using complex table matrices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2‑5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions and apply appropriate judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
