Software Developer – AI Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to design and build AI‑driven applications that transform business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to turn business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define success metrics.
• Design solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations.
• Develop AI‑powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation tools.
• Integrate large language models and AI services (Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Copilot Studio) into dashboards, SharePoint, and enterprise workflows.
• Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to create reusable AI architecture components.
• Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Support deployment, testing, monitoring, and adoption of AI solutions in production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience building AI applications (e.g., Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI).
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and define solution requirements.

Required skills

• Strong programming in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, and Cognitive Services.
• API integration and development of web/enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint integration.
• Knowledge of Agentic Workflows and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise security considerations.
