Social Media Moderator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Social Media Moderator to join our online reputation management team. The role is fully remote and focuses on monitoring digital content, submitting removal requests, and supporting clients in protecting their online image.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage reputation‑related tasks and removal requests across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate projects and track progress using Asana.
• Submit, follow up, and document online content removal requests.
• Communicate case updates to clients and internal teams.
• Research and identify harmful or inaccurate online content.
• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending removals.
• Assist in developing reputation‑management strategies and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online reputation management, content removal, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
