Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, creation and publishing of content across NUSTAR’s social media channels. The role supports the overall marketing strategy by delivering engaging, brand‑aligned content that raises awareness, drives audience interaction and fosters an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and campaign‑specific content calendars for hotels, restaurants, rooms, events and other initiatives.
• Produce social‑first assets such as reels, short‑form videos, stories, static posts, carousels and behind‑the‑scenes coverage.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality assets.
• Schedule and publish approved content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions and reviews, escalating issues when necessary.
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations, preparing briefs, tracking deliverables and measuring performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior and brand storytelling.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft platform‑specific hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with Integrated Marketing, Digital, F&B, Rooms, Sales and Events teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain brand voice across all interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience creating short‑form video and visual content for social platforms.
• Ability to use content planning tools and schedule posts efficiently.
