Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and community interaction.
• Monitor analytics, track key performance indicators, and adjust tactics for optimal results.
• Oversee the full credentialing lifecycle, including applications, verifications, re‑credentialing, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain accurate credentialing records and act as liaison with payers, committees, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven social media management experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on credentialing experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
