About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will own and grow our B2B presence on LinkedIn. The role focuses on executive ghostwriting, long‑form thought‑leadership content, and cross‑functional collaboration to surface relevant topics.
Key responsibilities
- Ghostwrite authentic LinkedIn posts for C‑Suite executives, building personal brand and authority.
- Develop and publish long‑form content on the company LinkedIn page to drive brand awareness.
- Create and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with go‑to‑market priorities.
- Coordinate with department leads to identify topics, expertise, and timely subject matter.
- Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and optimize strategy and cadence.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all LinkedIn content.
- Stay up‑to‑date with LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and B2B content trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B content marketing or social media management with a LinkedIn focus.
- Demonstrated ghostwriting ability and strong written communication skills.
- Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content threads.
