Social Media Manager - LinkedIn

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead our B2B presence on LinkedIn, crafting executive thought‑leadership pieces and long‑form content for the company page. Working remotely across the Philippines and LATAM, you will collaborate with C‑suite leaders and department heads to amplify the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Ghostwrite authentic LinkedIn posts for C‑suite executives, building personal brands and industry authority.
• Develop and publish long‑form thought‑leadership content on the company’s LinkedIn page.
• Create and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with go‑to‑market priorities.
• Partner with department leads to source topics, expertise, and timely subject matter.
• Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and refine strategy based on insights.
• Ensure brand‑voice consistency across all LinkedIn content.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and B2B content trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B content marketing or social media management with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated ghostwriting ability and strong written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
• Familiarity with SaaS, tech or startup environments is a plus.
