Social Media Manager

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a Social Media Manager to drive brand visibility and community growth across its digital channels. You will shape the voice of a regulated crypto platform and engage a fast‑growing audience of crypto enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Oversee content creation, curation, and publishing to ensure alignment with the brand voice.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture a positive community atmosphere.
• Monitor social media metrics, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns for growth.
• Stay current with trends in crypto, Web3 and fintech and incorporate insights into content.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Manage paid social campaigns, track results and optimise budget allocation.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels and other platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in crypto, Web3 or fintech.
• Deep understanding of crypto, Web3 and fintech ecosystems and community dynamics.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in X (formerly Twitter) and platform‑specific best practices.
• Proficiency with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram for content creation and community engagement.
• Experience creating and editing short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels and similar platforms.
• Competence with social media analytics tools for performance tracking and optimisation.
