Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will own the strategy and execution of our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. Working closely with the founder, you will ensure that every piece of content reflects the company’s voice, values, and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑platform social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging captions, posts, blogs, and visual assets while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Produce and edit short‑form video content, adding captions, effects, and trending audio to maximize engagement.
• Design graphics, story highlights, banners, and email visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Plan and manage launch campaigns, including teasers, countdowns, promo assets, and post‑launch nurture.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and partners to build community and expand reach.
• Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven social media management experience, preferably with luxury or high‑end brands.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
