About the role

Outsourcey is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and help businesses expand globally. This remote role involves creating and executing social strategies that align with marketing goals while engaging audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies that support overall marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and emerging channels.
• Monitor daily activity, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Maintain content calendars, coordinate campaigns and promotions across platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to produce high‑quality visual and written assets.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity and new platform features to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a business or agency setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on audience‑centric content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
