Social Media Manager

About the role

Tyger Brands is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to shape the voice, content, and community for its flagship pet brands, Dr. Shiba and Prof. Bengal. Based in Manila, you will lead the social presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, driving growth, engagement, and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and pet‑wellness themes.
• Script, film, edit, and produce platform‑native videos such as TikToks, Reels, Stories, educational explainers, trend‑jacks, testimonials, and UGC‑style clips.
• Write clear creative briefs for design and content teams.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tagged posts, maintaining an on‑brand tone.
• Identify, build, and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns, including influencer collaborations.
• Track performance metrics, test content formats, and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, performance, design, sales, and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of social media management experience, preferably for a consumer brand.
• Proven track record of meeting growth and engagement targets.
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with a strong sense of short‑form trends.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable filming, directing shoots with pets and people, and appearing on camera when needed.
