Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our eCommerce and paid‑social efforts across multiple platforms. You will shape content strategy, drive community engagement, and optimise advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar aligned with brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
• Write compelling captions and manage community interactions (comments, messages, customer queries).
• Monitor trends, identify content opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on product launches and promotions.
• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and, where applicable, TikTok Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing and budget management to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other dashboards, producing monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and PPC advertising.
• Proven track record managing eCommerce marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content planning abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting analytics to optimise campaigns.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
