Social Media Manager (B2B and LinkedIn Required)

About the role

Mend.io is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to own and grow its B2B presence across LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn strategic ideas into engaging content that drives brand awareness and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Post, monitor, and respond on all designated social channels, ensuring timely engagement.
• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Use Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce regular KPI reports to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to source and adapt content.
• Run the employee advocacy program to amplify reach and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, especially on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Proven ability to execute social media strategy and manage content calendars.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate insights.
• Highly collaborative, detail‑oriented, proactive and creative.
