Social Involvement Teacher for Junior High School

About the role

The Social Involvement Teacher will guide junior high students in their quest for truth and knowledge, fostering a supportive learning environment. This full‑time position focuses on delivering the prescribed instructional program while encouraging critical thinking and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit lesson plans using the prescribed format.
• Deliver daily lessons to assigned classes, adapting as needed.
• Evaluate student progress through quizzes, tests, exams, and other assessments.
• Provide timely feedback on student performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Conduct conferences with students and parents and be available for consultations.
• Participate in faculty meetings, school activities, and committee work.
• Serve as exam proctor and substitute for absent teachers when required.
• Implement classroom management routines and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as directed by school administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Professional teaching license (board/bar/professional exam passed).
• At least one year of teaching experience in secondary education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a warm, flexible attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite).
