About the role
The SOC Analyst Lead will drive the Managed Detection & Response (MDR) strategy, leading a team of security professionals in a hybrid work environment. This senior position focuses on overseeing MDR operations and ensuring effective incident response across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Managed Detection & Response (MDR) strategy for the organization.
- Oversee the SOC team, ensuring effective monitoring and incident handling.
- Manage day‑to‑day MDR operations and coordinate response to security incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise security experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a SOC or incident response environment.
