About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily operations on construction sites. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
