Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities comply with safety regulations and building codes. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, project managers, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project managers and clients.
• Monitor project milestones and report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with occasional lifting and prolonged standing.
