Site Quality Inspector / QAQC (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Quality Inspector / QAQC to join our on‑site team in Tarlac City, Philippines. The role supports the construction of a major industrial plant for a global beverage brand and will report directly to the Construction Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project QA/QC system and inspection procedures.
• Review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, witness testing activities, and coordinate inspections with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Identify non‑conformances (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and testing reports.
• Support punch listing, defect verification, close‑out activities, and preparation of as‑built documentation.
• Coordinate vendor inspections and provide commissioning support.
• Collaborate closely with Construction, HSE, and discipline supervisors to ensure quality compliance across all project activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a site quality inspector or QA/QC professional in construction projects.
• Ability to work on‑site for the full project duration (12‑14 months) with a chance of extension.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Strong understanding of ITPs, NCR workflows, and vendor inspection coordination.
