Site Operations Lead – 3MW Project in Dinagat

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Site Operations Lead for a 3 MW power project on Dinagat Island. You will supervise a production team, manage on‑site equipment, and ensure reliable power delivery in line with OEM recommendations and client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers and related equipment to guarantee continuous power supply.
• Supervise daily task allocation for the Production Team based on monthly shift plans.
• Monitor SCADA load control systems, respond to alarms, and support incident resolution.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Teams to analyse performance data, conduct first‑line analysis and trigger corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies (LOTO, ESR, lifting, tool calibration, spill prevention, PPE, etc.).
• Maintain accurate production records and optimise inventory usage.
• Drive 5S and OPOS standards to keep the site tidy and efficient.
• Induct, coach and develop team members, ensuring proper training and safety awareness.

Required profile

• Licensed PRC Electrical Engineer (REE) with at least 3 years experience in a power‑project environment.
• Proficient in reading single‑line diagrams, P&IDs and mechanical drawings.
• Strong understanding of diesel‑generator and transformer operation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a controlled manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
