Site Operations Lead – 2 MW Power Site

About the role

Lead the Site Operations team at Aggreko’s 2 MW NPC Ticao power site, ensuring continuous generation, equipment reliability and compliance with OEM recommendations, client load demands and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers and related equipment to guarantee uninterrupted power supply.
• Supervise daily production team assignments according to shift plans and client load forecasts.
• Monitor SCADA load control systems, analyse alarms and support incident resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance to analyse oil samples, perform first‑line performance analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production data, inventory usage and 5S/OPOS standards on site.
• Engage with customer operations teams, provide advance notifications of potential shortfalls and attend required meetings.
• Ensure all QHSE policies (LOTO, ESR, lifting, tool calibration, PPE, spill prevention) are strictly followed.

Required profile

• Licensed PRC Electrical Engineer (REE) with at least 3 years of experience in power project environments.
• Proven ability to read single‑line diagrams, P&IDs and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Leadership experience with team coaching and development.
