Site Nurse

About the role

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a full‑time Site Nurse to join its team in Pililla, Rizal, Philippines. The nurse will be the primary health professional on construction sites, ensuring the wellbeing of all personnel and supporting the company’s safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first‑aid and medical treatment for injuries and illnesses on‑site.
• Conduct health assessments, monitor employee health status, and promote hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate health records and incident reports.
• Assist the occupational health and safety team in compliance with DOLE standards and company policies.
• Support emergency response plans, injury management, and health‑monitoring programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid PRC RN license.
• Member of the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) or equivalent training.
• 1–2 years experience in occupational health, construction, or an industrial setting.
• Physically fit, willing to work on‑site, including remote or wind‑project locations, and able to handle shift work or extended hours.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) knowledge.
• First Aid certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (advantage).
• Familiarity with DOLE occupational health standards and compliance.
