Site Lead – Instant Fulfillment Center

About the role

The Site Lead will oversee daily operations of the Instant Fulfillment Center, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes. This role is critical for meeting service level agreements, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving productivity in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts and control shrinkage.
• Lead, train and manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak‑volume operations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on manpower, productivity, inventory and cost.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of warehouse, retail and dark‑store operations.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
