Site Engineer – Construction Project Coordination

About the role

The Site Engineer will support the Fabrication/Installation team by coordinating construction projects, conducting site inspections, and preparing technical drawings. This role bridges the client, design, and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Receive project instructions from the Fabrication/Installation Supervisor or Manager and communicate details to clients, architects, and engineers.
• Assign work to independent contractors and secure necessary permits and site documents.
• Inspect project sites in Metro Manila and out‑of‑town locations, verify measurements, elevations, and site readiness, and report findings.
• Prepare and verify shop drawings using AutoCAD and 3D renditions, and circulate them to contractors and supervisors.
• Maintain records of job orders, drawings, travel budgets, and related paperwork; process travel, overtime, and other HR documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction, architectural, or design firms.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and reviewing shop drawings.
