About the role
The Site Director will be the top on‑site leader for the Ortigas location, responsible for the overall performance of the call‑centre operation and for driving a three‑fold growth strategy over the next three years.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire site in Ortigas, including facilities, budget, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Lead a three‑fold growth mandate, scaling the Philippine operation by 3× within three years.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management and staff development to meet operational targets.
- Collaborate with the Australian parent company to align site activities with its technology‑driven strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior on‑site leadership within a call‑centre or BPO environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive large‑scale growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and performance management processes.
