Site Civil Engineer

About the role

As a Site Civil Engineer you will support the Project Development and Execution team by monitoring assigned project areas, ensuring that civil works are carried out within the agreed cost, schedule and applicable specifications. This entry‑level role offers the chance to work on energy infrastructure projects and develop your engineering skills in a purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities and provide updates to the Project Management Team on EPC progress.
• Review planned schedules against actual progress and coordinate corrective action plans with the contractor’s management.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC Engineer, contractors and authorities to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Inspect materials and equipment delivered to site and verify conformity with mill certificates and test results.
• Establish and monitor a quality‑control program for civil works, including handling of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observations.
• Maintain records of all contract documents, correspondence and modifications.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate capable of monitoring project areas and communicating effectively with EPC site engineers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
• Willingness to work on‑site and collaborate with construction supervisors and design engineers.
