Site Architect / Store Planner

About the role

We are looking for a creative Site Architect/Store Planner to design floor plans and store layouts that reflect our brand image, meet target‑customer expectations, and support operational efficiency. You will translate retail concepts into functional spaces while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed floor plans and store layouts aligned with brand guidelines and operational needs.
• Optimize space usage, considering customer flow, product display, and retail operations.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver designs on time and within budget.
• Ensure all designs meet building codes, local zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices where possible.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong visualization abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Retail knowledge and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent presentation and budgeting skills.
