Shopify Web Developer (2+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Web Developer with at least two years of hands‑on experience to create, customize, and maintain high‑performing e‑commerce stores. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver responsive, SEO‑friendly Shopify sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Integrate third‑party apps and Shopify APIs to extend store functionality.
• Optimize website performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement new features and UI enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring cross‑browser compatibility.
• Maintain and update existing Shopify stores, applying SEO best practices.
• Stay current with Shopify platform updates and e‑commerce trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Shopify Web Developer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Liquid templating language.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
