About the role
The Shift Manager will lead daily store operations in Sto. Tomas, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and a clean environment while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee daily store operations and manage shift schedules.
- Lead sales‑driving initiatives and engage customers to meet performance targets.
- Plan workforce needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.
- Handle store administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, permits, and safety programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong oral and written communication skills across all store levels.
- Ability to perform well under pressure or opposition.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules and long hours.
