About the role

Servier Monde is seeking an SFE Specialist to drive sales‑force effectiveness across its commercial operations in the Philippines. You will leverage advanced analytics, business intelligence, and automation to improve field productivity and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise sales‑force effectiveness solutions using Power BI and Power Apps.
• Lead automation and digital‑transformation initiatives for the commercial team.
• Generate strategic business insights and support AI‑driven predictive analytics projects.
• Deliver accurate and timely commercial reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align analytics with business goals.
