ServiceNow Technical Architect – Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join Deloitte’s Philippines Delivery Center. In this senior consulting role you will design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions, translate business requirements into robust technical designs, and guide delivery teams through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document the technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules.
• Translate functional requirements into platform‑aligned designs, including integrations, CMDB strategy, security and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to development and delivery teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, release upgrades and Deloitte delivery methodology.
• Support estimation, solution planning and pre‑sales activities as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level consulting experience with a strong background in ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex designs to business stakeholders.
• Experience in pre‑sales support and solution planning.
