ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will guide and lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementations, providing thought leadership on platform design, integration, development standards, and technology strategy. The role bridges the gap between process owners and executive leadership, ensuring solutions fit the enterprise architecture from technical, business, and user perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business problems and identify appropriate technologies, frameworks, and ServiceNow modules to address them.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions, defining configuration versus customization and managing technical debt.
• Evaluate risk versus value for third‑party integrations and establish governance models for the platform and projects.
• Define and communicate organizational change management requirements to ensure successful adoption.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to align solution design with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Professional certifications such as IT4IT, ITIL v4, TOGAF, and multiple ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, Plus, plus two additional disciplines).
• CIS certifications across ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, SecOps/GRC, HR.
• Strong understanding of scripting, web services, APIs, and mobile application design.
• Experience with ITSM and ITIL v3 preferred.
