ServiceNow Project Manager (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

TTEC Digital is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to join its technology consulting delivery team in the Philippines. This remote position is ideal for junior‑to‑mid‑level professionals who have managed ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules and are ready to own delivery execution on client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of ServiceNow implementation and consulting projects using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including consultants, developers, architects, business analysts and QA—to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reports and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
• Support testing, deployment, go‑live activities and post‑implementation transition, and drive project closure activities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of project management or professional services experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, GRC) using Agile and Hybrid approaches.
• Strong understanding of scope, change‑control, risk and issue management, and ability to produce clear status reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work across North American business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise (ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, GRC).
• Agile, Hybrid Agile and NowCreate methodology experience.
• Project management tools: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.
• ServiceNow SPM / PPM (ITBM) for schedule and resource planning.
