ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team in Makati on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Configure workflows, SLAs, forms, approvals, and notifications using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, ITIL‑aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency, automation, and user experience.
• Maintain platform standards, governance, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Experience configuring workflows, SLAs, and service request fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and Agile delivery.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
