Service Technician

About the role

As a Service Technician at SJK-Guahan Inc., you will be responsible for assembling carts and performing all service repairs and maintenance on the company’s equipment. The role ensures operational efficiency, reliability, and high‑quality customer service for a range of equipment used in various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble carts and conduct routine and corrective maintenance on SJK‑Guahan equipment.
• Troubleshoot service issues from simple to complex, diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Become familiar with Club Car, Jacobsen, and Wacker Neuson equipment, understanding their specific repair requirements.
• Work with the Service Specialist, Service Executive or Workshop Team Leader on warranty and parts‑related matters.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment, parts, and tools and support the warehouse team in parts monitoring.
• Communicate customer feedback promptly and report safety hazards or unsafe conditions in the workshop.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a technician or service‑related role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
• Good technical writing ability and familiarity with service terminology in the equipment or automotive sector.
• Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and automotive electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and punctuality.
• Graduates of a mechanical or electrical vocational program or equivalent specialized training.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
