Service Team Leader

About the role

ABB is looking for a Service Team Leader to supervise a team of service engineers and technicians in the Motion Business – Service division in the Philippines. You will ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of service solutions and projects while supporting the company’s lean and clean industrial mission.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of service engineers and technicians.
• Ensure cost‑effective, on‑time delivery of service offerings and projects.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources based on order content, delivery deadlines, competencies, and workload.
• Drive adherence to standard procedures, safety protocols, and HSE standards.
• Build sustainable customer relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score.
• Develop and refine processes based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven leadership managing service engineers/technicians.
• 3–5 years of experience in Motors & Drives Service (motors, VSDs, condition monitoring, preventive maintenance, root‑cause analysis).
• Strong electrical engineering knowledge and ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in service project management, resource planning, field service operations, and safety compliance.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to HSE standards; experience in sectors such as water, cement, mining, food & beverage, power, or manufacturing is a plus.
